My husband and I stopped by Hiley Hyundai West just to look at the cars in the lot to get an idea of the body style we were interested. However, Porter Dionisi greeted us outside as soon as we stepped out of our car and made us feel like rock stars. He listened to what we were interested in, did not complain when we asked to see multiple trim levels to compare the features, and was super knowledgeable about the offerings of each vehicle. When it came time for pricing, Porter was a fair negotiator and excellent to work with. Because the car had just arrived at the dealership, we got to bring our car back for their upgraded tinting and to add the paint-saving edges to the doors. Well, not only was Porter working with another customer the day I returned, he actually took the time to step over to greet me by name and made me feel like an old friend as he coordinated the tinting/edging. Honestly, there are so many amazing customer service reps at Hiley, and while I was waiting each one asked if I had been helped and even brought me water! Porter was exceptional and really listened to us during the process. We did not expect to purchase a car that day, and were on a fact-finding mission, but Porter's guiding hand helped us realize that we were making the best decision for our family, and we are glad we stopped by that day.
