Great experience. I was shopping from San Antonio Texas and I saw the car I wanted. I reached out to Jason Flores on a sunday. He was super attentive and gave me all the necessary information I needed before I took the trip down there to seal the deal. Everyone in the dealership including Jason and Preston were super helpful, welcoming, and professional. I was impressed with the whole establishment and the staff. Furthermore, I got a better interest rate than from my credit union here at this dealership, wow! Who would have known.

When I had a car accident and had total loss, came back to Hiley to get another car to replace the 2024 Kona we bought 2 years ago from Hiley. Just when we thought there was nothing we could afford, Rusty the sales manager called us to his office and pulled a rabbit out of his hat. He showed us a low mileage 2026 Kia Sportage fully decked out. Price was great! James the sales guy made the experience smooth and easy while being a great guy. He stayed late until all the details were taken care of. Finance dept was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I drove two hours past my local Hyundai dealership because I wasn’t getting answers or communication there, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From my very first phone call, Kadin was responsive, knowledgeable, and actually answered my questions instead of giving me the runaround. Every time I reached out, he communicated quickly and made the process easy. When it came time to make the numbers work, Lori stepped in and made it happen. There was no pressure, no games, and no hours of back-and-forth. She worked hard to get us where we wanted to be, and you could tell she genuinely cared about earning our business. Then we met Preston in finance, and honestly, finance is usually the part everyone dreads. Not this time. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure we understood exactly what we were signing without making us feel rushed. The whole dealership has a small, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like people actually enjoy what they do. Everyone treated us with respect, communicated well, and made buying our Santa Fe XRT an enjoyable experience. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Hiley Hyundai reminded me that there are still dealerships that believe in taking care of people. I’d been shopping around for a few weeks looking for the right car, and I finally decided on a CPO 2023 Elantra N Line at Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth. Out of all the used cars I’ve looked at, this one was by far the cleanest inside and out. When I showed up to pick it up, the detailing was so spot on it basically looked brand new. Huge thanks to Chris Aston in sales. He was super friendly, knew the car inside and out, and wasn’t pushy at all. I came in to buy a new Hyundai Sonata, and Victor and Romeo took great care of me from start to finish. Went in 2 months ago with my adult daughter who was looking at new cars, and we met with a salesman named Romeo. She was intending to find out info and go to a dealership closer to home, but we thought so highly of Romeo that she and her father in law both ended up buying cars from him the next day. (Tucson Hybrid Luxury and Palisade Calligraphy.) Then last week my step-daughter was looking to buy her first car on her own. I suggested she at least talk to Romeo and see what he suggested. Three hours later she drove away in her new Elantra! My husband got to talking to Romeo about options for me as I had a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid but was upside down and had a LOT of negative equity from an accident. Ended up purchasing a 2026 Tucson Hybrid from him the next day. So we’ve gotten 4 cars from Romeo in the last 6-8 weeks and I would recommend him to anyone!! He was so informative and helpful and genuine and I would recommend him to anyone!! (For financing, though, the more you know about pricing and your options in advance, the better!)
