Great experience. I was shopping from San Antonio Texas and I saw the car I wanted. I reached out to Jason Flores on a sunday. He was super attentive and gave me all the necessary information I needed before I took the trip down there to seal the deal. Everyone in the dealership including Jason and Preston were super helpful, welcoming, and professional. I was impressed with the whole establishment and the staff. Furthermore, I got a better interest rate than from my credit union here at this dealership, wow! Who would have known.

Hiley had the only Elantra N in Intense Blue with a DTC within a 750 mile radius of our home in SW NM. My wife and I have purchased three other vehicles from DFW Metro Hiley dealers in the last 15 years. Once again the salesman (Victor) was top notch and the support team very helpful. Hiley dealerships are very professional with no B.S.
This is the forth vehicle we have purchased from a Hiley dealer in the metro area. That speaks volumes because they are almost 400 miles from our residence. They had vehicles and deals we couldn’t find locally. The sales people are helpful and the process uneventful. Great people and a fine dealership.

Like most buyers, I trusted the CPO process, especially the multi-point inspection that’s supposed to ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition.

We negotiated a trade in of $36,000 on our vehicle. When got home, and looked at paperwork more closely, we discovered they added our trade in tax savings to their original lower offer $33,900 to make it look like they gave us $36,000 trade in.
